Returns & Refunds
Need to make a return or received an item that arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect? We’re here to help.
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@equestrianlife.store with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return.
If there is a problem with your order, please also include clear photos of the item when applicable.
We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.
