Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Equestrian Life! We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we’re committed to getting it to you as quickly and carefully as possible. Whether your item ships from our South Florida inventory or is custom made just for you, we take pride in delivering quality products you’ll love.

Order Processing

Our products are fulfilled in one of two ways:

In-Stock Items
Items that are in stock are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Print-on-Demand Items
Some products are made especially for you after your order is placed. These items are produced and shipped through our trusted fulfillment partner, Gelato. Production times vary, but most orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days before shipping.

During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently offer Standard Shipping on all orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

If your order includes both in-stock and print-on-demand products, your items may arrive in separate shipments and on different dates. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Equestrian Life is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@equestrianlife.store. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed, we will do our best to assist before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@equestrianlife.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
