Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Equestrian Life. If you’re not completely satisfied with an eligible item, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at hello@equestrianlife.store with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the incorrect item.

Returns sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Holiday Returns

We understand that gifts are often purchased in advance. During the holiday season, we may extend the return period to accommodate holiday shopping. Weekends and holidays are also taken into consideration when evaluating return deadlines.

Sale Items

All sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Print-on-Demand Products

Many of our products are custom made specifically for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because these items are made to order, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@equestrianlife.store. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
