Equestrian Life® is a registered trademark of B Fine Equine, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Equestrian Life. Throughout these Terms of Service, the words “Equestrian Life,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to B Fine Equine, LLC DBA Equestrian Life.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, content, features, and online store (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to securely process and fulfill orders.

However, because every monitor and mobile device displays colors differently, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will exactly match the finished product.

Many of our products are custom printed, embroidered, or produced specifically after an order is placed. Minor variations in color, stitching, embroidery placement, print placement, garment measurements, or manufacturing details are normal and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify or discontinue any product at any time;
  • limit quantities available for purchase;
  • refuse sales where inventory is unavailable; and

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the shipment is accepted by the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Equestrian Life® name and registered trademark, along with our logos, graphics, artwork, product designs, photographs, illustrations, written content, website layout, product descriptions, videos, downloadable materials, and all other original content appearing on this website, are the exclusive property of B Fine Equine, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Your use of our website does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

While Shopify provides the technology used to process transactions and operate our online storefront, all purchases are made directly with B Fine Equine, LLC DBA Equestrian Life.

Questions regarding products, shipping, returns, warranties, customer service, or order fulfillment should be directed to Equestrian Life rather than Shopify.

Shopify is not responsible for the products we sell, the representations made on this website, or the fulfillment of customer orders.
